Rose Beutel

WATERTOWN Rose Rosie Beutel, 81, of 17950 County Route 63, passed away on Friday evening, March 23, 2018 at the Hospice of Jefferson County Residence, where she had been a patient for one day.
Rosie, daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Molnar, was born on September 18, 1936 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She moved to Worth as a child with her family. On October 26, 1954 she married William R. Beutel. The couple had six children together and ran the Massey Street Junkyard and Garage from 1967 until 1985 when Mr. Beutel passed away.
Mrs. Beutel owned and operated Rosies Restaurant on outer Bradley Street in the 1990s. In addition, she worked at the Jefferson County Home, Bomax, and as a home health aide.
She enjoyed spending time at her Florida property and was very fond of animals.
Rosie is survived by her companion, Stanley Grabowski; three daughters, Ann M. Beutel and Hans Chuck Luck of Carthage; Susan Beutel and Michael Hutchinson of Lorraine; Corina and William Nemier of Pierrepont Manor; a daughter-in-law, Theresa Hutchins; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rosie is predeceased by her daughter, Loretta Snyder and two sons, Thomas and Kevin Beutel.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 1:30 PM at the American Legion Don Rounds Post # 586, Adams, NY 13605.
