Robin T. Bresett

CARTHAGE Robin T. (Ward) Bresett, 52, of 34954 State Route 3, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 14, 2018 at her home.
Robin was born on January 8, 1966 in Watertown, New York, a daughter of Richard Dick and Janet (LaFave) Ward. She graduated from Harrisville Central School in 1984. She has owned and operated Big Hugs and Smiles Daycare in Carthage, New York for 25 years.
She enjoyed kayaking, camping, and riding motorcycle. Her passion was her everyday life with her family, companion and she adored her daycare children.
She is survived by her parents, Dick & Janet Ward, Harrisville; her best friend and companion of nine years, Dewey Zehr and his family of Carthage; a son, Curtis (Tara) Bresett of Watertown; a daughter, Jenna & William (B.J.) Barton of Fort Drum; the father of her two children, Maxwell Bresett of Harrisville; three sisters, Brenda N. (Jamie) Stanley of Carthage; Anna (Jim) Seymour of Harrisville; Tammy (Roy) Rabideau of Plattsburgh; two brothers, Ralph (Amy) Ward of Gouverneur; Richard (Sue) Ward of Harrisville; nine grandchildren, Cayden; Kayleigh; Mackenna; Payten; Jaelynn; Chase; Briana; Justin; and Jacob.
Arrangements are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., located at 500 State Street in Carthage, NY 13619.
Callings hours will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 4-7pm at the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage. A funeral service will be on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 12:00 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held privately in St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery in Fine, New York.
