Harrisville- Nancy Shelia Moon, 79, died peacefully with her son at her side. She was born on September 8, 1944, to the late James Harris & Dorothy Wheeler in Massachusetts. She graduated from High School in Leominster, Massachusetts.
Per her wishes there will be no services, she will be cremated, and her burial will be held privately by her family.
Nancy married Gerald A. Moon on November 30, 1977; he died in December of 2002. She served many work roles as a manager for U-Haul, and she managed several apartment complexes and motels.
She is survived by her son, Scott Moon, Harrisville, her siblings, Lori Marrama, Maine; and Paula (Paul) Perla, Leominster, MA; 1-grandson, Nicholas Merchant, a great-grandson, Nathaniel Johnson, and a great-granddaughter, Alayna, along with her beloved 7 cats.
Nancy was a firecracker and a very kind person who enjoyed sewing, she loved kids and animals.
She is predeceased by her mother, and a sister, Candice Blaine.
