CARTHAGE - Glenn E. Blair, 56, formerly of 351 South Washington St., died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg.
Born in Watertown, NY on December 11, 1959, the son of Karl and Helen Cooley. He attended schools in the Rochester area. He was employed as a cook for various places until he became disabled.
Mr. Blair is survived by his companion of 17 years Stacy Zipkey, Carthage; a daughter, Terry Jade Blair, Wisconsin; a sister, Lois Najchrzak, Rochester, a brother, Karl Blair and his wife Pat, Carthage and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., lcoated at 500 State St., Carthage, with the Rev.
