Eric L Reiley

Eric Reiley, 73, passed away on January 30, 2025, while at the Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility where he had resided for some time.

Per his wishes, there will be no funeral services. 

Eric was born on June 17, 1951, in Syracuse to the late William and Helene (Smingler) Reiley. He graduated from Radnor High School in Wayne County, Pennsylvania and attended college for a short time before enlisting in the US Navy. After actively serving for a time, Eric enlisted in the National Guard and served in Desert Storm. After his honorable discharge, Eric worked as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic on Fort Drum.

Eric enjoyed watching the History Channel, going antiquing around the North Country, fixing old tractors and cars, and had a love for the Lionel GG1 and Madison electric trains. 

He is survived by his children, William Reiley, Kathleen Wheeler, and Melony Gray; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three cousins.
