CARTHAGE- Diane Perrigo, 74, of North Clinton St., died early Wednesday morning, September 13, 2017 at Upstate Medical University Hospital, Syracuse.
Diane was born on April 12, 1943 in Glenfield, a daughter of the late Alexander and Grace Jamieson Murphy. She graduated from Lowville Academy. On October 1, 1966 she married Franklin Robert Perrigo. For a short time in the eighties, together they owned and operated a small dairy farm on the OBrien road in Lowville. Most of her life was spent as a homemaker. She enjoyed watching football, especially the New England Patriots and watching Boston Red Sox baseball. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving family, Rhonda Perrigo and Tim Hart; Eric Perrigo and Lesa Lyndaker; Melissa and Christopher Lane; Kim Hellinger Perrigo; Casey and Lindsey Lane; Cassie and Jordan Tuttle; Skylar Lane; Brooklynne Perrigo; Bella Perrigo; Aubri Tuttle; Jayse Lane; Frank and Joanne Murphy; Richard and Barb Murphy; Arlene Murphy; Robert Sullivan; John Terrillion; Fred Perrigo; and a large extended family. She is predeceased by her husband, Franklin R. Perrigo, who died on November 5, 2007; Eugene Murphy; Niles Murphy; Jack Murphy; Donald Murphy; Edna Murphy; Shirley Terrillion; Joan Sullivan and Frank Perrigo.
A calling hour will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 1-2 PM at Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage, NY 13619. A memorial service in the funeral home chapel will immediately follow at 2 PM with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman officiating. Donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
