Clifford "Charlie Brown" McIntosh

PITCAIRN Clifford Charlie Brown McIntosh, 45, 2 Bridge St., died early Tuesday morning, January 20, 2015 at his home with his family by his side.
Born in Carthage on July 6th, 1969, he was the son of Jack & Rita Arnold McIntosh. After his mothers tragic death on February 18th, 1972, Cliff was raised from a young age by Paul & Wanda Simser of Natural Bridge. He served as an altar boy for St. Henrys Catholic Church in Natural Bridge. He graduated from Carthage Central High School in 1988, then he was employed at Clark Minerals talc mine in Natural Bridge from 1988 to 1990. He married Barbara Schermerhorn on December 22nd, 1990. He was employed at Gambles in Carthage for a few years until becoming disabled.
He was a handyman very crafty and creative with all things electronic. He enjoyed wood carving and creating new inventions.
He is survived by his wife, Barb, at home and his daughter and her companion, Michelle McIntosh & Ben Walsemen, Carthage. Also surviving are his father and stepmother, Jack & Nancy McIntosh of Harrisville, along with his siblings and their spouses; Rita & Jackie Langham, Jacksonville, Florida, Carol & Kirby Eldridge, Stapleton, Georgia, James & Coralie Delles, Anthony Porky Arnold, Roger Arnold, Wanda Arnold and Paula & Danny Bigelow, all of Natural Bridge, Jack & ScottMcIntosh, Ogdensburg, Adam & Brenda McIntosh, Harrisville and Joe & Missy McIntosh, Harrisville.
He is predeceased by his mother, Rita and his brother, Michael Aaron McIntosh.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 23rd at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 500 State St., Carthage, with Wayne Arnold officiating. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to the service on Friday, from 1:00 3:00 PM.
His family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Harrisville Fire Department, 14226 Church St., Harrisville, NY 13648.
